Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s 12-year-old daughter, North West, is once again at the center of online discussion after debuting a bold new look on TikTok one that many fans say looks too grown-up for her age.
In recent videos shared on the TikTok account she co-runs with her mother, North showed off a strikingly mature style featuring fake tattoos, grillz, blue braids, and a nose ring. She also wore bright blue contact lenses and had mock ink designs drawn across her face, including a small star under one eye and script lettering on her cheek.
“F+ke p%ercings and f+ke tatts for life,” North captioned one of the clips.
The young star completed her edgy appearance with oversized streetwear, chunky sneakers, and layers of silver jewelry. In other clips, she was seen lip-syncing to popular sounds alongside friends on a private jet and backstage at a concert.
Although comments were disabled on TikTok, the videos quickly spread across Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), where users voiced their disapproval. Many felt the look was inappropriate for a 12-year-old, calling on Kim to set firmer boundaries.
See some of them below:
“She’s 12 years old… this isn’t cute,” one comment read.
Another added, “She can have her own style, but this is just too grown.”
A third user joked, “What in the Kanye West is happening?”
The backlash comes just weeks after Kim opened up about parenting challenges on the Call Her Daddy podcast. The 44-year-old reality star admitted she’s still learning how to navigate motherhood
