Manchester United legend Gary Neville has predicted the position Chelsea will finish on in the Premier League this season.

Chelsea are currently in sixth place on the Premier League table following their 1–0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.

The Blues sit behind the likes of Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool, Bournemouth and Spurs on the log.

However, Neville believes Enzo Maresca’s side will finish in the Premier League top four this season, adding that the race for the top four will be chaotic.

Speaking on Peacock via NBC Sports, the Englishman said: “The problem is the Premier League is so inconsistent this year, all the teams are inconsistent.

“You look at the league table and what happens, the fact of the matter is Tottenham are still in front of Chelsea,” said Neville.

“I think Chelsea will have enough to get into that top four because I think it’s going to be a bit crazy all season.”

Chelsea will face Qarabag FK in their UEFA Champions League fixture on Wednesday at the Tofiq Bahramov Stadium.
