Fans who saw the video confronted Imisi about the accusations, questioning whether she was taking care of her mother. Imisi responded firmly, assuring that her mother’s well-being is a priority and affirming her commitment to her family.
During the live session, Imisi also expressed her affection for her siblings, describing them as extremely important to her. She added that she had recently completed a video shoot for her latest project.
It is worth noting that Imisi’s mother had previously been in the public eye during the prize-giving ceremony for her daughter. At that time, a woman accused her mother of being forced out of her home at the age of 12 and claimed that others had exploited Imisi, leading to a pregnancy.
