Al Ittihad striker, Karim Benzema, has hinted at a sensational return to Real Madrid.

Benzema left the LaLiga giants as a free agent in July 2023 to play in the Middle East.

During his 14 years with Los Blancos, the Frenchman won numerous titles and the Ballon d’Or.

In an interview with AS, Benzema admitted that he would find it difficult to snub a move back to Madrid, especially if the club’s president Florentino Perez makes the request.

“If Florentino [Perez] is still there, it could happen, it could happen.

“I talk to him and it’s possible.

“I’m a Real Madrid fan. I feel it in my soul. Madrid is still my city, I feel like a Real Madrid fan and a Madrileno.

“We’ll see what happens. If he’s there…”

Benzema’s current deal with Al Ittihad expires in June 2026.
