Reality TV star Phyna has offered words of support to Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi.
According to Newsunplug, Phyna encouraged her fellow reality star not to deal with family issues the same way she did. Reflecting on her own challenging family experiences, she emphasized that while such struggles can be painful, they also provide opportunities for personal growth.
Phyna previously opened up about her strained relationship with her family, revealing that she often felt unseen and disconnected from a young age. She even publicly dropped her family surname, Otabor, pointing to unresolved conflicts and a sense of not belonging.
Her father had expressed disappointment over their distance, but Phyna explained that her upbringing shaped her independence and resilience. Drawing on this personal journey, she advised Imisi to prioritize her well-being, stay strong, and not let family challenges break her spirit.
In a heartfelt message, Phyna wrote:
“To Imisi, @imisiofficial, and anyone facing similar struggles… I’m praying for your strength. My own experience broke me, but I’m slowly rising. I’m rooting for you with all my heart. Don’t handle it like I didfocus on yourself and build strength, baby girl.”
This encouragement follows a recent appeal from actor Ijebu, who urged Imisi to reconcile with her mother.
