Rivers United will head to Egypt on Wednesday(today) for the CAF Champions League matchday one encounter against defending champions Pyramids FC.
The players and officials will leave for Cairo, Egypt via the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
The contingent arrived Lagos on Tuesday from Port Harcourt to connect a flight to their destination.
The encounter is billed for the 30 June Stadium, in Egypt on Saturday.
They will do battle with Moroccan side RS Berkane in a matchday two fixture in Uyo on Friday, 28 November.
Rivers United are competing in the group stage of the CAF Champions League for the first time.
