Tension filled the Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday as IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu strongly resisted the delivery of judgment in his terrorism case.
The courtroom descended into chaos after the court rejected several of Kanu’s motions, including his plea to submit a final written address.
During the previous hearing, Justice James Omotosho had waived the need for final written submissions, stating that the court would base its decision solely on the arguments and evidence already presented.
Kanu reacted angrily, claiming that the ruling prevented him from fully presenting his case.
