Chidera Ejuke has expressed disappointment following Sevilla’s 2-1 defeat to Espanyol, DAILY POST reports.
Sevilla lost to their hosts at the RCDE Stadium on Monday night.
Mattias Almeyda’s side dominated the game but were let down by poor finishing.
Espanyol’s goalkeeper was also in inspiring form, making a couple of brave saves during the match.
Ejuke admitted that the team was disappointed with the result.
“We created many chances and only scored one goal. It’s hard to believe. Even so, we played well. We have to build on this and start thinking about the next match,” he told the club’s official website.
