Enyimba interim head coach, Lawrence Ukaegbu, insists the Aba giants will recover from their recent slump in form.
The nine-time Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL champions suffered a 3-2 defeat to Katsina United in Ilorin on Monday.
Ukaegbu expressed his dissatisfaction with the result.
Enyimba are without a win in their last three league matches.
“This is a painful one. I expected us to win because it was a neutral ground,” Ukaegbu stated in a post-match interview.
“We did enough to get something from this match, but the lost time that wasn’t recovered cost us. Still, we will work harder and bounce back.”
Enyimba will face Rangers this weekend.
