A Nigerian man took to X to express concern after an invitation surfaced showing that the First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, had asked all senators to join her for a dinner at Aso Rock.

In his response, he highlighted several recent incidents of insecurity across the country. He mentioned the abduction of over 300 children from St. Mary’s Catholic School, ongoing cases of kidnapped worshippers following church attacks, and the killing of Edwin Achi whose wife remains in captivity.

He also referenced reports of new abductions in the last few days, noting that many families are still dealing with missing or displaced relatives.
