Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has responded to a video shared by Lizzy Anjorin during the celebration of her son’s first birthday.

Amusa, who welcomed her baby last year, hosted a grand party to mark his first year. However, during the celebration, Anjorin reposted a portion of the event online, alleging that Amusa and Iyabo Ojo were indirectly mocking her amid her ongoing conflict with Ojo.

Anjorin reacted harshly in the video, directing insults at both actresses.

In response, Amusa sent Anjorin a strongly worded voice note through social media, explaining that she didn’t have her phone number. She reminded Anjorin that she also contacted her through social media when congratulating her after her child’s birth.

Amusa firmly cautioned Anjorin against mentioning her son in any post or online dispute. In the leaked audio, she recalled the challenges she faced before becoming a mother and reiterated that she once warned Anjorin not to visit her home, as she did not want to be dragged into online controversies. She emphasized that although they had known each other for about two decades, they were not close friends.

Amusa stressed that any attempt by Anjorin to involve her child in drama would prompt her to take serious action. She stated that she would not respond through social media but would address the issue privately in a way Anjorin would not expect.

The actress added that if the situation escalated, those unfamiliar with her would feel sympathy for Anjorin. She also recalled past instances where Anjorin mentioned her online and warned of the consequences if her boundaries were crossed.
