President Bola  Tinubu on Saturday, November 29, received former President Goodluck Jonathan at the Presidential Villa following Jonathan’s return to Nigeria from Guinea-Bissau.

Jonathan had travelled to the West African country on an election monitoring mission. His safety became a subject of public concern after soldiers attempted to seize power in Guinea-Bissau, triggering uncertainty in the capital.

He was however flown back to the country on Friday, November 28.

He visited the State House to brief President Tinubu on his election monitoring duty in Guinea Bissau.
