Nigerian investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo (Dr. Kemi) has made several shocking allegations regarding the marriage between music legend 2Baba Idibia and his wife, Natasha Osawaru, stating that 2Baba “jumped from frying pan into fire”.
Olunloyo’s comments and accusations come amid rising public scrutiny and viral videos showing the couple involved in heated public confrontations.
Olunloyo claims that 2Baba is currently “trapped in a useless marriage” that she alleges is plagued by drug use and is “laden with juju”. She further suggested that once “dr[u]gs enters the picture the marriage is over”.
The journalist accused Natasha of having had a “h[oo]k up life with several men in Lagos” that 2Baba allegedly failed to investigate. Olunloyo specifically claimed that 2Baba “left Annie for someone who sl[e]pt for N3M per head” and alleged that the singer married a “Jezebel”.
Olunloyo expressed her sympathy for the singer’s former wife, Annie Macaulay, stating that 2Baba “abruptly left and jumped from frying pan into fire” instead of guiding and supporting his ex-wife “who fell into dr[u]gs”.
She concluded her statement by warning:
“May God not give my sons a wife that will have them arrested on vacation”.
