Chelsea manager, Enzo Maresca has said that only two players impressed him during their shock defeat to Leeds United in the Premier League on Wednesday night.
Leeds were already 2-0 up in the first half, with Jaka Bijol and Ao Tanaka scoring for the hosts.
Pedro Neto pulled one back for the Blues after the break, before Dominic Calvert-Lewin pounced on a defensive error to seal victory.
The result leaves Chelsea nine points behind table toppers, Arsenal.
Addressing his post match press conference, the former Leicester City boss singled out Alejandro Garnacho and Pedro Neto for praise.
“I think tonight’s game there is no one that was at this level or the best level,” Maresca said.
“I think all the teams, all the ones probably, Pedro [Neto], second half, Garna [Alejandro Garnacho], second half, they were our best players, because after we scored the goal we had two chances with Cole [Palmer] and with Joao [Pedro]. But then the third goal I think killed the game.’
The defeat sees Chelsea slip to fourth place with Aston Villa picking up a victory at Brighton.
The Blues return to action away to Bournemouth on Saturday.
