Former Manchester United defender, Rio Ferdinand, has claimed there are three teams in the Premier League title race.
Ferdinand, speaking on his YouTube channel, insisted that Aston Villa must be considered as genuine contenders along with Arsenal and Manchester City.
However, according to him, City have more experience than the other two teams
When asked if Villa are in the title race, Ferdinand replied: “They have to be. Do you not think they are?
“My only concern with them if we’re comparing them with Arsenal and Manchester City.
“City are the only ones with experience of winning and know how to do it so that puts them at an advantage.”
Arsenal are currently top of the table with 36 points, two more than City, while Villa have 33 points.
