Nigerian singer Small Doctor, born Adekunle Temitope, was moved to tears when his 6-year-old daughter surprised him on stage during the Omo Better Concert 7 at Agege Stadium, Lagos.
The little girl had traveled all the way from Canada with her mother to see her father perform live.

On December 14, 2025, as Small Doctor took the stage, a tiny voice called out, “Daddy,” catching him completely off guard. He turned around in disbelief to see his daughter standing there, and tears of joy streamed down his face.
