A suspected motorcycle thief was set ablaze by an angry mob in Makurdi, Benue State.
The incident occurred at Gyado Villa area of Makurdi on Friday morning, December, 19, 2025.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred shortly after the suspect was caught during an alleged snatching attempt.
Eyewitnesses said two of his accomplices fled the scene in a vehicle believed to have been used for the operation.
Security agencies are yet to release an official statement on the incident.
