Wikki Tourists captain, Muhammed Guda, has promised the club’s fans that they will improve on their recent run of poor results in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.
The Bauchi Elephants are without a win in their last five matches in the NPFL.
They dropped to 14th position in the NPFL table with 22 points, one point above the relegation zone.
Guda assured that the team is committed to turn things around in the season.
“Every match is a chance for us to give our best, and we recognize that we haven’t been able to make you proud in recent games,” Guda wrote in a letter to the club’s supporters.
“We want to assure you that we are fully committed to turning things around. We are working tirelessly to analyze what went wrong and to make the necessary improvements.
“Our players and coaching staff are motivated to bounce back stronger than ever.”
Wikki Tourists will be up against Rivers United in their next game in Port Harcourt this weekend.
