Super Falcons striker Uchenna Kanu has sealed a move to Mexican club Cruz Azul Femenil.

Kanu moved to Cruz Azul on a free transfer after severing ties with National Women’s Soccer League,NWSL, club Racing Louisville FC.

The 28-year-old is making a return to Mexico after her previous spell with Tigres UANL.

The striker won the Liga MX Femenil title during her time with UANL, racking up 20 goals in 30 league appearances.

Kanu spent two years with Racing Louisville FC.

Injury limited her appearances for the club last season.
