Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has said Enzo Maresca did “a terrific job” at Chelsea.

Arteta was reacting to the Blues’ decision to part ways with Maresca on January 1.

“I wish him all the season,” Arteta said.

“I really like Enzo as a person and professional.

“He did a terrific job at Chelsea, that’s the decision that has been made. I wish him all the best.”

Maresca ended last season with the Europa Conference League and Club World Cup titles.

But Chelsea are not having a good season so far, sitting 15 points off Premier League leaders Arsenal.
