Super Eagles defender Igoh Ogbu has said that their semi-final opponents, Morocco, are not different from other teams they have played so far in the Africa Cup of Nations.

Nigeria and Morocco will battle it out in one of the semifinal matches of the Africa Cup of Nations on Wednesday.

The player feels confident and that the Nigerian team is united as they prepare for Wednesday’s clash.

The defender talked to the media as Nigeria gets ready for an important game against the Atlas Lions, who will have a big crowd cheering for them at home.

When asked about how ready the team is for the semi-final, Ogbu talked about the feeling in the group and how everyone is working together.

He said, “We are ready. You can see the guys, they are happy and we are all happy as a family. So, we are ready.

“You should expect us just like we do in every other game when we go out. Every other game is important, and we’ve won them so far.

“Every team is difficult. So Morocco is not different. So for we we just need to focus and that’s all we we ever want.”

Speaking more about belief and faith in the team, the defender said, “So, we believe God is with us, and we believe we can achieve even more.

“The spiritual aspect is the most important because with God, everything is possible, and that’s what we rely on because we are Nigerians.”

“We always go to every place and we fight hard to win and become champions, and that’s exactly what we’re going to do.

On how the Super Eagles plan to deal with the expected hostile environment, he added, “You know the players have been playing at a top level.
So this isn’t the first time I’ve met all these fans. So we’re going to do great. other people.”
