Reality TV star Kassia has revealed that 2026 began on a difficult note for her, following unexpected challenges including the resignation of her entire staff just before the New Year.
Taking to X, Kassia shared that despite the setback, she has been overwhelmed by the level of interest from people eager to work with her. According to her, she received over 100 direct messages from individuals seeking employment.
However, the reality star clarified that she is not currently hiring, explaining that she is focused on restructuring her team, KXB, to create a stronger and more efficient operational system before onboarding new members.
Remaining optimistic, Kassia said she is choosing to trust God’s process, describing the recent challenges as preparation for bigger opportunities ahead.
“2026 just started, and I’ve already faced challenges I didn’t experience all through 2025, including all my staff resigning just before the New Year. Still, I’m choosing to reflect and trust God’s process,” she wrote.
“I’ve received over 100 DMs from people interested in working with me. Thank you so much for your interest. At the moment, I’m not hiring. I’m restructuring and setting up a stronger system for KXB before bringing anyone on board.”
