Celebrity chef Hilda Baci has announced that she is now a three-time Guinness World Records holder after discovering she broke two records during one event.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Hilda revealed that Guinness World Records recently informed her that her jollof rice cooking feat set not only the record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice but also the largest serving of rice overall.
With her previous record for the longest cooking marathon already secured, the new confirmation brings her total to three records.
She described the revelation as both surprising and joyful, noting that she only discovered it months later while checking her emails.
Hilda also acknowledged her partner, Oreoluwa Atinmo, her team, and supporters for their contributions, calling the achievement a remarkable way to start 2026.
