Manchester United midfielder, Casemiro, has suggested why he is leaving Old Trafford.
Casemiro has enjoyed his time in the Premier League since joining the Red Devils from Real Madrid in 2022.
The 33-year-old considered a move away from the Premier League club in 2025, but ultimately ended up staying at the club.
The Brazilian has now expressed a desire for a “new chapter” in his career as a reason for his departure from United.
In a heartfelt video released by the United on Thursday, Casemiro stated, “Manchester United holds a special place in my heart. I’ll always carry this club with me for all my life.
“I’ll always be a Manchester United fan, my whole family, too.
“It is not a goodbye, it’s just a new chapter in my life, I’ll always be with Manchester United.”
