Former Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro has told Atletico Madrid manager, Diego Simeone the best position to play Ademola Lookman.
Simeone’s side recently signed the Nigerian international from Atalanta in the January transfer window.
Lookman can play as a winger and also in any position in the attacking line.
However, Peseiro has now revealed that Lookman’s best position is as a striker.
Speaking to Marca, Peseiro said, *On the wing, he creates imbalance and makes good diagonal runs, but his best position is as a striker.
“He is very decisive when he is in the inside channels and sees the space because that is where he shoots, dribbles, or assists.
“His greatest strength is his footwork, although it is true that he is very strong behind, as we saw in his debut; that is another quality that can cause problems for Barcelona.”
