Lifeless body of unidentified man found tied to pole in Ekiti

An unidentified man was found d3ad near Tosin Aluko’s Garage along Ajilosun Road in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital.

The discovery was made in the early hours of Thursday, February 12, 2026 when residents noticed a lifeless body lying by the roadside.

Eyewitnesses said the deceased was str!pped n@k3d, bound and tied to a pole.

An eyewitness said that the man might have been b3aten to d3ath.

Operatives of the Ekiti State Police Command later arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area and evacuated the body in a patrol vehicle for preliminary investigation.

The police has not yet issued an official statement on the identity of the deceased or the cause of d3ath.
