Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson has released a statement following her appointment with Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo.
On her Instagram page, she expressed her gratitude and honour for the trust and confidence the Governor reposed in her with her appointment as Special Advisor on Public Engagement and Advocacy.
She stated that the appointment isn’t just a call to serve but a call to connect, listen, and advocate with purpose. Mercy said she accepts the responsibility with humility, dedication and an unshakable commitment to service, and she fully aligns with the Governor on his agenda.
