Victor Osimhen made history in Galatasaray’s 3-2 loss to Juventus, becoming the the club’s foreign player with the most goals in European competitions.
Osimhen scored Galatasaray’s first goal at the Juventus Stadium on Wednesday night.
It was the Nigeria international’s 13th European goal for the Turkish Super Lig champions.
The 27-year-old surpassed the record (12) previously held by former Czech international Milan Baros.
Osimhen has so far registered seven goals, and two assists in the Champions League this season.
He is currently the fourth top scorer in the competition this season alongside Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland.
