Tottenham Hotspur have issued an update indicating that head coach Igor Tudor is expected to remain in charge for now despite growing pressure over the club’s poor form.

There were initial reports that Tottenham will terminate Tudor’s short contract which ends by the end of the 2025/26 season. According to reports, Tottenham confirmed that Tudor will conduct the pre-match press conference ahead of their upcoming game against Liverpool FC.

Despite reports that Tudor will leave th⁶signalling that the Croatian is still in charge and will lead the team for the fixture. The update comes recently suffered a heavy 5–2 defeat to Atlético Madrid in the UEFA Champions League, extending their losing streak and intensifying scrutiny on Tudor’s position.

Criticism has mounted from pundits and supporters following the defeat, with some calling for immediate action from the club hierarchy. Tottenham have reportedly lost six matches in a row across competitions—an unprecedented run in the club’s modern era—putting the manager under significant pressure.

Tudor, who only took charge in February 2026 after the sacking of Thomas Frank, was originally appointed until the end of the season. While his long-term future remains uncertain, the club’s latest move suggests he will continue in the role for the immediate future.
