Galatasaray midfielder, Mario Lemina has labelled Victor Osimhen the best striker he has ever played with in his entire career, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
Lemina, and Osimhen have established themselves as key players for the Turkish Super Lig champions over the years.
The duo combined to help Okan Buruk’s side beat Liverpool 1-0 in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 encounter at the RAMS Park on Tuesday.
Osimhen provided the assist for the midfielder’s winning goal in the seventh minute.
Lemina has played with a number of established strikers in his career but he rated Osimhen above all of them.
The 32-year claimed the Nigerian international is “one of a kind”.
“I’ve played with forwards like Aubameyang, Higuain, Gignac, Falcao, but there’s no one like Victor Osimhen. He’s one of a kind,”Lemina said in an interview with Djibril Drame.
