Former Everton midfielder, Leon Osman, has claimed are in a good position to win the Quadruple this season.

The Gunners eliminated Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League last 16 this midweek, winning with a 3-1 aggregate.

Mikel Arteta’s men are also nine points clear of Manchester City in the Premier League. Both teams will also face off this Sunday in this Carabao Cup final.

After the upcoming international week, Arsenal will travel to Southampton in the quarter-final of the FA Cup.

Osman, speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live, said: “It [the quadruple] is on. I know it’s a big ask and incredibly difficult to do still at this stage, but it is.

“In the FA Cup, they aren’t in the same side of the draw as the better teams, the teams who have the experience. City have pulled Liverpool and Arsenal have Southampton.

“Arsenal have the most favourable draw in the Champions league as well.

“No game is straightforward but it’s certainly possible. They are in the position to do it with games and the quality of the squad. They’re all fit and raring to go.”
