Manchester City midfielder, Rodri has refused to rule out any possibility of joining Real Madrid in the near future, insisting that the Los Blancos have a fanbase that supports the players.

Speaking with Spanish radio station Onda Cero on Wednesday evening, the Spain international also said that the English Premier League is very demanding.

“I have to admit that the Premier League is my weakness; it is very demanding, meaning it pushes you to the limit,” Rodri said.

When asked whether he would turn down the opportunity to join Real Madrid if the offers come, considering the fact he has played for their rivals Atletico in the past, Rodri dismissed the notion.

“No, there have been many players who have gone down that path, right? especially not directly, but over time.

“For me, you can’t turn down the best clubs in the world. They have a fanbase that really goes all out for them, and Bernabeu is always incredible, a very imposing stadium,” Rodri said.
