Chelsea midfielder, Enzo Fernandez, has named Real Madrid legend, Toni Kroos as the opponent player who really impressed him the most.
Fernandez played against Kroos during Chelsea’s clash with Real Madrid in the Champions League in the past.
The Argentina international was so impressed with the former Germany international’s display during the encounter.
“The opponent player that impressed me the most? Toni Kroos,” Fernandez said as quoted by Fabrizio Romano.
“It was Real Madrid vs Chelsea at the Bernabeu, and he was so impressive. Luka Modrić too.”
Kroos retired from professional football in 2024 after the UEFA Euro 2024 tournament.
The 36-year-old won several trophies, including the UEFA Champions League and the LaLiga, during his playing days.
