Luis Enrique gave a proper analytical reaction after Paris Saint-Germain’s thrilling 5–4 victory over Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League semi-final first leg.

The Spanish coach emphasized the extraordinary nature of the encounter, highlighting its relentless pace and attacking quality from both sides. He acknowledged how rare it is to witness such a high-level contest, pointing out that both teams played without fear and constantly pushed forward.

He also praised Bayern’s quality and resilience, noting that the German side proved why they remain one of Europe’s most dangerous teams despite the defeat.

What did Luis Enrique say about Bayern vs PSG

“This is the best match I have ever experienced as a coach. The intensity, the quality, the way both teams attacked it was was incredible. We deserved to win, draw, and even lose because everything was possible in this game,” Enrique said, capturing the chaotic and unpredictable nature of the contest.

Despite the dramatic win, Enrique remained cautious about the second leg, insisting the tie is far from over. He made it clear that PSG will not sit back in Munich but instead maintain their attacking approach, fully aware that a one-goal advantage offers little security against a team of Bayern’s calibre.
