Fulham are stalling on the permanent transfer fee for Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
The tricky winger arrived at the Craven Cottage on a season-long loan from Serie A giants, AC Milan last summer.
A purchase clause of €24m was inserted into the contract.
Fulham are now seeking to reduce the fee, according to Milan Press.

The 27-year-old has registered three goals, and four assists in 20 league appearances for the Whites.
