Nigerian filmmaker Chinney Love has written a heartbreaking post following her mother’s burial.
Sharing a video from her mother’s burial in the East, the award-winning filmmaker said the 2nd of March, 2026, is the day she got a call that changed her life forever, and on the 22nd of May, her mother was laid to rest.
She described her late mother as her strength, love, pillar, prayer warrior and everything. Chinney said she would trade anything to have her mother come back, but she believes God’s will must prevail.

I would trade anything to have my mother come back, but I guess the will of God will have to prevail.
