A woman identified as Nabila Adamu Umaru and her 9-month-old baby, Zahir, have d!ed in a tragic motor accident along the Kano–Gombe highway.
Mother, son and eight other passengers lost their lives in the crash which occurred on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
Seven other passengers sustained varying degrees of injuries.
Until her d3ath, Nabila was married to Bello Bajoga and blessed with two children.
She was said to be pursuing her Master’s degree at Bayero University Kano.
The funeral prayers were held at the Bolari Central Mosque in Gombe.
