Nollywood actor Kunle Remi has come under fire on X (formerly Twitter) after sharing a vlog documenting the funeral activities of his late colleague, Alex Ekubo.
The actor was laid to rest on Thursday, June 18, in an emotional ceremony attended by family, friends, and several prominent figures in the entertainment industry. Among those present were IK Ogbonna, Mike Godson, Omoni Oboli, Ini Edo, KCee, E-Money, Cubana Chief Priest, Bimbo Ademoye, Kunle Remi and his wife, Ayo Makun, Yomi Casual, Nancy Isime, Funny Bone, Pretty Mike, and many others.
Following the burial, Kunle Remi shared a vlog on Instagram documenting his trip to Abia State for the funeral. The video captured moments from his arrival, the movement of Alex’s casket to his hometown, visits to his ancestral home and father’s house, the wake-keep, burial ceremony, and reception.
