Content creator and streamer Peller has responded to rapper OdumoduBlvck after the latter appeared to back YCee’s controversial “Olodo Uprising” remarks.
The exchange follows OdumoduBlvck’s post on X, where he wrote:
“OLODO UPRISING. YCEE TALK FOR THERE. SCORE: A1.”
Reacting in a lengthy statement shared on social media, Peller expressed disappointment, claiming the rapper had previously praised his work and reached out to him because he wanted influencer Jarvis’ contact for a collaboration.
According to Peller, their relationship changed after Jarvis allegedly requested payment for the proposed collaboration.
Peller also argued that many musicians depend on content creators for music promotion but often expect such promotions for free despite creators using their platforms as businesses.
He further questioned why artists criticize content creators while relying on them whenever they release new songs.
The exchange has further fueled the ongoing debate surrounding YCee’s comments about the so-called “Peller culture,” with social media users continuing to take sides.
