A 19-year-old boy has reportedly been arrested for allegedly r@ping two sisters, aged 11 and six, in Abia State.
A Facebook user, Vivian Chigbu, who disclosed this in a post on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 said the 11-year-old victim is currently receiving treatment as her womb was affected during the alleged s3xual assault.
She called on the state government to hasten the establishment of a rehabilitation centre.
“A boy of 19yrs old def!led and r@ped two minors. The 11 yrs old is receiving treatment as her womb is affected. May God help us all,” she wrote.
“His Excellency Dr Alex Chioma Otti, please we need the rehabilitation centre as soon as possible. Hon Hon Dennis Rowland Chinwendu, the bill cannot just be passed into law, we need implementation sir. Our girls are being r@ped and def!led on daily basis and we have nowhere to keep them. Those girls are passing through trauma.
