Chelsea have set their asking price for striker, Liam Delap as three Premier League clubs plot a summer move for the 23-year-old striker.
According to the i Paper, Chelsea would consider selling Delap if they receive an offer between £35m and £40m.
The report added that Delap is not short of potential suitors should Chelsea decide to sell him, with Everton, Nottingham Forest and Leeds United all keen to sign the player.
Chelsea signed Delap in a £30million deal from Ipswich Town last summer.
But the Englishman has struggled to make a huge impact at the Premier League west London club.
Delap only scored two goals in 41 appearances for Chelsea and was used as a back-up striker to fellow summer signing Joao Pedro.
He is expected to leave Stamford Bridge to find more regular playing game-time elsewhere, as Emmanuel Emegha has arrived at Stamford Bridge from Strasbourg, while Danny Welbeck is poised to join Chelsea from Brighton to add more experience in the Blues’ attacking line.
Nicolas Jackson could also be fighting for a place in Chelsea’s attack after he returned from a loan spell at Bayern Munich.
