The daughter of late Yoruba Nollywood actor, Elegbeje Ado, has cried out for support.
Newsunplug reported that the veteran passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, after a brief illness.
Announcing his demise, Kunle Afod expressed appreciation for his immense contribution to the growth of Yoruba cinema. He said his talent and the joy he brought will never be forgotten.
In a video shared online by Kunle Afod, he had paid a visit to the actor’s daughter, who revealed that she is in need of assistance to give her father a befitting burial. In the video, she revealed that her father would be buried on the 20th and 21st of August.
To support the family, Afod had presented her with a N200,000 cash gift and urged Nigerians to follow suit.
