Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has fired back at the Lagos High Court injunction shared online by Priscilla Ojo Mkambala, dismissing the entire legal action as “dead on arrival.”
Taking to her social media after the documents went public, Anjorin argued that a court order cannot be legally valid or binding if it is merely posted on social media rather than being officially and physically served to the respondent.
The actress’s defiant response follows Priscilla’s public disclosure of an interim injunction granted on Tuesday, September 2. The court order, which stems from a long-standing online feud between Anjorin and Priscilla’s mother, Iyabo Ojo, legally restrains Anjorin from publishing any photos or videos of Priscilla, her husband Juma Jux, or their son, Rakeem, on social media.
Maintaining that proper legal procedures were bypassed, Anjorin remains unmoved by the document’s circulation, setting up a potential legal showdown over the enforcement of the digital injunction.
