Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has stirred headlines over her discussion with her daughter, Michelle.
In a live video with her kids and another child, the movie star said she must come before her son’s wife. She gave reasons, noting that she gave birth to him and breastfed him.
Aigbe said that although her son will take good care of his wife and his wife would be like a daughter to her, she would be a priority. According to her, if she and his wife both demand a Birkin bag, her son has to give it to her first.
“I don’t understand what you people are trying to do with my son; he is my son, and I gave birth to him. He is going to take good care of his wife because she will be like a daughter to me. If his wife and I ask him for a Birkin bag, he would buy it for me before his wife. I breastfed him”.
