:Nigerian social media activist Verydarkman has warned Nigerian phone dealers against inflating the price of the newly released iPhone 18, saying he would help consumers purchase the device directly from China if local prices become excessively high.
Speaking in a video from China, VeryDarkman said he had visited an Apple Store and confirmed the release of the iPhone 18.
He alleged that Nigerian business owners would increase the price of the new device, which he argued could also cause the price of the previous iPhone 17 to rise.
He said he had already placed an order for the new iPhone and expected it to arrive on September 18.
Verydarkman also addressed phone dealers who might accuse him of trying to disrupt their businesses, insisting that he would deliberately intervene if they excessively increased their prices.
