The video comes about two years after TG Omori publicly opened up about his battle with kidney disease and his transplant surgery.
In August 2024, Omori revealed that his only brother had donated a kidney for him, but he later disclosed that the transplant at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos had failed. He also said he had undergone multiple procedures and was recovering from the complications.
Despite the setback, Omori returned to work in February 2025, sharing a photo of himself on a music video set with his camera.
In 2025, he also continued to speak about the financial burden of his health challenges, revealing that his medical expenses over six months could have bought three vehicles.
