The actress shared dark-themed, beautiful photos of herself on her verified Instagram page and shared her thoughts about her health.
Kemi wished herself long life, good health, and a sound mind in the heartwarming posts.

This post came a few days after the actress lashed out at those who told her she wasn’t looking sick. She wrote about those who constantly asked if she is no longer sick, explaining that they have never gone to bed wondering if they will wake to see the next day.
She noted how she stomached and handled many things for peace to reign, which led to trauma that triggered inflammation that causes chronic lupus flares.
Recall that in 2023, Kemi Afolabi disclosed in an interview that she had been diagnosed with lupus and had just five more years to live.
Speaking out about her mental health, she revealed that she had a mental breakdown over her illness, and recounted how she experienced anxiety, exhaustion, and depression. However, having great people around her helped her heal.
