Ghanaian actress Nana Akua Addo has finally reacted to the news about her alleged abuse by her husband.
Following earlier reports about a video that made rounds online capturing the fashion icon in a domestic violence incident with her husband, the actress issued an official statement regarding the situation.
Nana, identified as Rosemund Akua Adobea, through her lawyers, Nkrabeah & Associates, issued a statement against the circulation of the viral video. She humbly requested that the video should not be circulated, especially the one that captured the abuse of the minor.
”We humbly request that all media houses refrain from publishing and sharing the videos, especially the one showing the abuse of a minor.” part of the statement read.
She also told the public that the appropriate authorities have taken charge of the case and will handle it appropriately.

It was reported that the actress was hospitalised following alleged domestic abuse by her husband.
From videos that circulated online, the actress was spotted in a blo*died cloth at an undisclosed hospital. The voiceless clip shows the injuries inflicted on the ebony beauty. She was captured with a swollen lip, a cut under the eye, blo**died cloth and the floor.

Reports said the actress married her long-time partner in a private civil ceremony in March 2022.
