Veteran Nollywood actress Ngozi Ezeonu is the latest celebrity to sound the alarm over the rising tide of fake products in the country.
In a video she shared on her social media page, she raised alarm over the circulation of fake medicines, baby food, and more. She expressed concern over the growing danger posed by fake products that could endanger children, families, and unsuspecting consumers.
Ngozi warned Nigerians to be extremely careful about what they buy and consume.
“I don’t understand what’s happening in this country anymore. When you go to hospitals, you see young people dying with kidney problems, liver problems, because everything is fake! I don’t know what the authorities are doing”.
