Nollywood actress Yetunde Barnabas has turned down an apology from film critic Ajefunke Kofoshi.
Newsunplug reported hours ago that Yetunde had called out the female movie critic for constantly bullying her. She claimed that Ajefunke had been paid to tarnish her work and personality, but she wouldn’t let it go.
Yetunde further noted that she has worked extremely hard to get where she is today, faced challenges, made sacrifices, and built her career from the ground up, and she wouldn’t allow anyone to destroy it.
Giving an update on the situation, Barnabas said Ajefunke had privately apologised to her, but she wouldn’t accept it until the film critic goes public.
She said Ajefunke would learn in a big wa,y as she wouldn’t sit and let anyone bully her.
“Ajefunke, whatever you’re saying in my DM has to go public cause I won’t respond to you there, and I won’t accept any apology from you.
You will learn a big lesson; I won’t sit and let anyone bully me anymore.
Enough is enough, as I stated earlier. I am o my a Filmmaker who’s got passion like everyone else; I won’t sit and let you rubbish my personality and my work
I’m enjoying my vacation; I’ll be back in a jiffy”.
